Description
The ALICE First Aid / Compass Pouch (NSN 8465-00-935-6814) is a classic piece of U.S. Military tactical field gear.
Originally introduced during the Vietnam War era and standardized under the All-purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment (ALICE) system in 1973,
it is designed to securely hold a standard lensatic compass or an individual field dressing.
- Material: Heavy-duty, water-resistant Olive Drab (OD) Green nylon packcloth.
- Dimensions: Approximately 4″ x 5.5″ x 1″.
- Attachment: Features a single steel ALICE clip on the back to lock onto pistol belts, suspenders, or rucksack webbing.
- Hardware: Built with a durable metal snap button closure and a bottom drainage grommet hole to expel water.
